Role-

To Liaise with customers and suppliers in the quotation, sales and orders of uPVC and aluminium doors, windows and conservatories. Input data and keep good records on Business Pilot software. Create quotes and order through Window designer software. To assist unloading and arranging deliveries. Ensure storage areas are kept neat, tidy and accessible.

Working hours 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.

Permanent role (after the successful completion of 3 months’ probation)

Essential :

*Good IT Skills must have experience using databases, Microsoft word, excel and outlook, experience of sage not essential but advantageous.

*Excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be able to talk to customers face to face and build a rapport with our regular custom base.

*Manual Lifting heavy loads is essential to the job role.  You will be required to assist with unloading deliveries of Glass, Frames, doors etc..

*Motivation to want to learn and progress your knowledge regarding the products we sell and develop your skills.

* The candidate will be a team player, assisting other staff and departments as and when required in busy periods.
