Trade Settlements Associate - Boutique Fs Firm

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be assisting our client, a boutique investment firm, for the recruitment of a Trade Settlements Associate.

You will be joining a local firm with a global presence, recently opening an office in US. This opportunity will give you a varied role, which in turn will help develop and progress your career.

Keen to speak to candidates from an investment background with experience across either settlements or reconciliation.

Duties

Assist in Settlement of Structured Products and Fund trades

Reconciliation of payments and commissions

Confirmation of trade orders

Updating marketing materials, where appropriate

Inputting data to the Firm’s Client Portal

Creating commission statements to be sent to IFAs

Creating invoices

Creating contract notes to be sent to counterparties for trade settlement

Liaising with accountants for quarter-end accounts

Monthly trade copy & sales analysis

Criteria

Investment banking experience

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Strong communication skills
