Key Responsibilities:
•    Customer Interaction - Welcome and assist customers, build relationships, and address inquiries promptly.
•    Sales and Product Knowledge - Exceed sales targets through effective product recommendations and stay updated on industry trends.
•    Merchandising and Store Maintenance - Maintain attractive displays, manage back-office areas, and ensure an organized and visually appealing store.
•    Cash Handling - Accurately handle cash, process payments, and conduct register reconciliation.
•    Team Collaboration - Work seamlessly with the team to foster a cohesive and productive environment.
•    Promotions and Marketing -Participate in promotional events and collaborate on marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
•    Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Positive and customer-centric attitude.
•    Quick learner with good product knowledge.
•    Basic math skills for cash handling.
•    Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
