Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm

Apple Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with our client, a growing organisation within a unique position in the Travel industry, to appoint a new Travel Executive to promote and sell their unique packages. Training will be given however you will need to have strong customer service skills and attention to detail as well as excellent organisational skills.
You will need:
* Proven experience as a Travel Trade Executive or in a similar role within the travel industry.
* In-depth knowledge of travel booking systems, travel destinations, and travel regulations.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Coordination
* Communicate with travel agencies, tour operators, and other travel-related businesses to understand client requirements and preferences.
* Collaborate and design travel packages that meet their needs.
* Booking and Reservations
* Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services for clients.
* Ensure that all bookings adhere to client specifications and budget constraints.
* Destination Knowledge
* Stay updated on travel destinations, particularly those relevant to major sporting events.
* Documentation and Compliance
* Maintain accurate records of client bookings and financial transactions.
* Ensure compliance with travel regulations and visa requirements.
* Client Support
* Provide ongoing support to clients during their travels, including assistance with itinerary changes, emergencies, or unforeseen issues.
* Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
