Traffic Management Commerical Co-Ordinator -

Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator(Traffic Management), to join the business. The position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool.

About the role

As a Commercial Coordinator (Traffic Management), you will report directly to the commercial manager (Traffic management). You will be responsible for the invoicing/monitoring and all commercial aspects for Traffic Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing, inputting, and validating records using various IT systems.
• Maintaining the works diary to ensure Customer/Field staff billing is completed within a in a timely manner.
• Supporting the Commercial Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project.
• Supporting and monitoring, customer billing and subcontractor payments.
• Liasing with councils and subcontractors where necessary.
• Ensuring targets and objectives set are monitored and maintained and suitably underpin financial targets.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience in an Administrator role (required).
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• A legal Right to Work in the UK
• DBS certificate
