Traffic Management Operator

Meridian Business Support are currently looking for a Traffic Management Operatives for our client based in Inverness area. This is temporary position for aprox 8 weeks time, possibly longer. Possibility for another contracts after that one.
Pay rate:
- £11.44 per hour
- Food and accomodation paid for if needed.
Working days/hours
- Both DS and NS available (also weekends)
- 8h - 12h shifts available
Daily Duties:
- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary Traffic Management, such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment on high speed roads.
- Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
- Helping & guiding new trainees, installing and removing lane closures, installing & removing 2/3/4 way traffic signals.
- Manual Handling
Essential qualifications/knowledge/skills/experience:
- Qualified Lantra 12d cards.
- Knowledge of Chapter 8.
- Able to pass a safety critical worker medical.
- Full Driving licence, no more than 3 pts.
- Positive can- do attitude.
- Adaptability and Flexibility.
