SalaryAre you an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting position available for a dedicated individual to join our team on a long-term contract basis at a bustling construction site near Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing the flow of traffic on and around the construction site.
- Coordinating with site supervisors and machinery operators to ensure a safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Implementing and enforcing site-specific traffic management plans.
- Communicating effectively with drivers, delivery personnel, and other site staff.
- Performing routine checks on traffic control equipment and reporting any issues promptly.
- Assisting with general site duties as required.
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshall certification.
- CSCS card.
- Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to traffic management.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Full UK driving licence is beneficial.
