A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Account Manager to join a leading distributor that specialises in promotional gifts, supplying B2B.
The Role:
Assist with the strategic growth of the business via servicing and development of existing accounts. You will be responsible for managing your own work- flow under guidance to cultivate and develop meaningful and trusting relationships across the company’s account portfolio.
Duties:
- Handling quoting
- Maintaining the CRM system
- General sales and customer service support tasks
- Completion of Excel spread sheet reports
- Basic marketing activities
The Candidate:
- Self- motivated but also a team player
- Experience of basic Excel is required
- A capability of basic software design packages would be an added advantage
- Experience of working with an on-line CRM system or similar
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Salary Package: From £23,500 depending on experience
