SalaryOur client is an Engineering company based in the Wallasey area and they require two Trainee Armature Winders to join them.
The role involves rewinding low voltage electric motors, this is basically forming copper wire into looms and fitting into place, there will be full Apprenticeship training.
Ideally you will live local to Wallasey and have good hand and tool skills, assembly or production experience.
As this is an Apprenticeship you will study at College and gain relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
The normal hours of work are 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
The hourly rate will follow Apprenticeship pay rates.
This is a permanent position with a 6 month trial, good holiday entitlement.
Once you complete your Apprenticeship you will be a fully experienced and qualified Armature Winder and your salary will go up to the appropriate rate.
