The well-established company specialise in producing bespoke machinery, such as packaging conveyor systems, and are the main dealer for the food, drink and pharmaceutical industry. They aim to maintain their market leading status by growing the team to enable them to meet the demands of an expanding workload.
The day to day responsibilities for the role will involve producing high quality software and implementing this onsite for blue chip clients. You will need to have a relevant electrical engineering qualification and be motivated to develop your skillset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be trained on numerous industry leading HMI and SCADA applications, such as Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi, and become a task expert.
The Role:
*Trainee Automation Engineer
*Developing, designing and implementing automation and control systems
*On-job training for Automation
*Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
The Candidate:
*Electrical Engineer / Controls Engineer/ Automation Engineer/ Industrial Engineer/ Installation Engineer or similar backgrounds all encouraged to apply to this role
*Engineers with 2-3 years industry experience looking to progress their skills are encouraged to apply
*Knowledge or understanding of PLCs and/or HMI
*Experience working with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi or similar software
*Willing to work in the office everyday
