Trainee Bartender

Welcome to J.Doe & Co. Library Parlour a new hidden bar in the heart of Norwich!

We’re crafting a brand new, vibrant team, bursting with enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality - inspiring the next generation of bartenders with a blend of mixology, education, and gastronomy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee cocktail bartender to come on board for our new cocktail bar in the heart of Norwich.

Looking to learn the trade directly, in a fast paced and fun environment. No experience required just a desire to learn.

You’ll be trained new skills, knowledge and confidence for an exciting career in hospitality. As part of the team you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and engaging experience to our guests.

Full cocktail, sprit, Bar training will be provided and regular training days to encourage development.

You must have:

- A passion for the drinks industry and desire to learn, whether it be cocktails, sprits, wine... ect

- A good memory and be able to memorize multiple spec sheets

- A positive can-do attitude, working well in a fast paced environment, & enjoy customer interactions

- A commitment to delivering a great customer experience and have excellent attention to detail even when under pressure.

- A hunger to lean more and a passion for drink knowledge
