Trainee Body Shop Painter

As a Body shop Painter, you’ll carry out the preparation, painting and repair, and polishing of cars and light commercial vehicles in an efficient, skillful and safe manner achieving high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

You’ll identify vehicle areas requiring work; plan your workload to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales and in line with customer requirements and repair damaged parts to a high standard and in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.

You’ll have gained experience within the motor industry in a service or Body Shop environment or be an experienced Body shop Painter trainee keen to progress your career. You’ll be highly organised with a flexible approach to your workload and with an understanding of the tools and equipment utilised within this role. You should be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to demonstrate when you have achieved against a varied workload whilst continually exceeding customer expectations.
