Title: Trainee Broker Manager - Asset Finance

Location: Manchester (Office Based)

Salary: £32,500 basic salary plus commission, car and excellent benefits

My client is a well-established lender based in the North of England; they are looking for a Trainee BDM/Broker Manager, based out of their Manchester Office, to service the increasing demand for asset finance from a broad range of Northern based Asset Finance brokers.

The Role

• Involves largely self-sourcing your own business by identify and prospecting for new introducer's whilst maintaining an existing panel of introducer's in your area
• Is an external sales role involving significant out bound activity including a minimum of 3-5 self-generated physical meetings a week with brokers across the North
• Requires the management of leads from proposal to pay out, including credit appraisal and physical sign ups on most deals

Suitable Candidates should have/be:

• Recent experience of the Asset Finance Industry
• Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Sales driven with ability to plan and manage their own high levels of activities and contact strategy
• A full driving license
• Previous experience in credit appraisal i.e. reviewing searches, bank statements and financials is preferred
