Trainee Broking Advisor – Hybrid in Norwich

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Broking Advisor to join our friendly team based in Norwich.

Joining us as a Trainee Broking Advisor means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as the opportunity to earn a generous bonus. Initially, you would work from our centrally located Norwich office with our fun and welcoming team just waiting to get to know you. Once you’re feeling confident and your training and probation period is complete, the role will become hybrid if you wish, where you’ll have the option to work from home on 2 days of your working week.

• Provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone and e-mail.
• Build positive relationships with customers and Insurers providing advice and solutions.
• Processing correspondence, renewals activity and new business quotations.
• Support our Brokers with any ad hoc admin tasks.
