Trainee Chef (13875) - Apprenticeship

The Black Bull in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Trainee Chef Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Commis Chef qualification which will take approximately 20 months to complete.
Job duties will include;
Working alongside a dedicated kitchen team, duties will include:
•Food preparation including fresh produce
•Stock rotation
•Product Research
•High levels of food hygiene
•Safe cooking practices
•Menu development
•Quality control
Requirements;
•An outgoing personality with a genuine interest in food
•A good team player
•A strong work ethic
•Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
Hours;
5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, earliest start 8:30am, latest finish 10:00pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch, maximum 38 hours per week
