Trainee Clinical Nurse Specialist
Are you a motivated and forward-thinking individual with a passion for delivering exceptional specialist palliative care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team in mid Essex?
We are currently seeking skilled registered nurses who are eager to cultivate in-depth palliative care expertise and become the future Community Clinical Nurse Specialists. This innovative 2-year training program, upon successful completion, will lead to a transition into a CNS role. The comprehensive training covers holistic assessments, intricate symptom management, collaboration with local and broader multidisciplinary teams, psychosocial and spiritual care, and advance care planning, equipping you to autonomously provide expert palliative care.
