Trainee Dental Nurse

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our expanding team.

• Full or part time opportunity available for the right candidate.
• Practice opening hours - Monday - Wednesday 8.30am-5.30pm, Thursday 8.30am - 8.00pm Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
• Saturdays 8.30 - 1.00pm also required on a rota basis (roughly 1 4-6 weeks).
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience
• GDC & CPD costs covered.
• Additional days off for special occasions. I.e. Birthday and Monthly draw

The ideal person would be someone who works well in a team, who is flexible in working times, efficient, reliable, adaptable and who has a good work ethic. As part of your employment you will need to pass a Criminal Records Bureau check. A requirement of your Dental Nurse Training is that you will need to be vaccinated against Hepatitis B, the practice will make arrangements for this if you are successful in your application.

We are a hardworking, friendly team who get on well & socialise together. We are looking for someone who will work in surgery in this is a customer facing role, duties include all tasks conducive to Dental Nursing and may also be asked to undertake other tasks to aid the smooth running of our Practice. Patient confidentiality is essential in this role.

Once qualified, all applicants will be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and our practice will pay your GDC registration fees while you are working with us.

Our surgery opening hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday- Wednesday 8.30am-8.00pm - Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm - Friday and Saturdays 8.30 to 2pm Saturday . The successful applicant will also be expected to fit into our rota flexibly.
