Description:
The company are seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agency Valuer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing a targeted number of properties and full training will be given. You should be happy to work in a vibrant team, be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and to embrace the challenge that Estate Agency brings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
• The ability to offer the very best customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area.
• Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve team and company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales environment - ideally in the property industry (please do not apply unless you have 2+ years experience).
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in relevant software applications.
• ARLA Property mark qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
• Must have a full driving license.

Benefits:

Base salary GBP22k depending on experience.
OTE GBP35k - GBP40k (including car allowance).
