David Andrew is a market leader and requires trainee negotiators for our established business, offering excellent customer experience and service to our clients via the telephone, web or other channels.
You will need to have customer care experience and demonstrate experience in a previous role maintaining professional relationships with suppliers, members of the public or contractors.
The package will include a basic salary, commission, and quarterly bonus.
You will work independently, apply judgement, maintain stable performance under stress and remain flexible in a changing work environment.
The role
- Generate new revenues of income for the sales, lettings, Property management and building departments
- To answer inbound enquiries via the Internet, phone or in person, providing an effective and efficient service
- To maintain regular contact with sellers, buyers.
- Show potential applicants properties
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Order floorplans, photographs and EPC’s with our marketing company and save documents to the cloud
- Compile board lists on a weekly bases
- Canvass local properties that present opportunities for the business.

You will work every Saturday with a day off in the week. Our working hours are
Monday – Thursday – 9 am – 6.30 pm.
Friday 9 am – 6 pm
Saturday, 9 am – 4 pm.
