Our Client, an Independent Bodyshop are looking for a Trainee Estimator / Parts Advisor to add to their team of highly skilled professionals!
Our Client is offering the successful Trainee Estimator / Parts Advisor:
- Salary up to 30,000!
- Monday To Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm Only
- NO WEEKENDS
- Independent Run Bodyshop Environment With Close-Knit Team
- Varied Role Learning How To Estimate As Well As Helping Out In Parts
- Full Audatex Training Provided
- Learning how to estimate using the audatex system
- Assisting the parts department
- To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
- To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and CXI rating
- To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
- Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
- Good telephone manner
- Organisational and administration skills
- Full and Clean Driving License
