SalaryOur Client grows, packs, and distributes a wide range of Fresh Produce crops, supplying the wholesale, retail, and foodservice sectors. The business have expanded in their specialist area and currently offer the successful individual an exciting career opportunity within the company. We are seeking a Trainee Farm Manager / Graduate on their behalf in this key position, supporting the Farm Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a Graduate position and benefit from a dedicated 2 year training program, enabling a management position to be undertaken upon completion. The Farm Graduate position will provide the successful individual training and a thorough understanding of the business throughout the first year, working across farms and packhouses, before gaining the ability to effectively manage a team and the knowledge of Fresh Produce crops, to ensure success in a Farm Manager position.
We are seeking;
An individual with an Agricultural Degree
Passion for the Fresh Produce sector
Agri / Farm experience gained
Driving Licence required

Location: Kent
Salary: c 25k, dependent on experience
A driving licence is essential due to the location and travel involved between farms.
