As a Trainee Field Sales Manager, you will play a central role in developing business and nurturing connections with our valued customers, reporting to our Sales Manager within a close-knit and motivated team.
You will have ownership of the Essex and Suffolk regions, where you will work closely with internal teams to develop existing customer relationships as well as generate new opportunities.
Your Role
- Spearhead the marketing and sales efforts for Primary and Secondary aggregates, alongside Muck-Away services in Suffolk & Essex.
- Proactively identify and secure opportunities, driving sustainable growth in our aggregates and inert landfill business.
- Foster key customer relationships, cultivating long-term loyalty.
- Enhance and expand our existing market intelligence.
- Positively influence the commercial strategy for the market area.
- Collaborate with internal Operations, Distribution, and Sales functions.
- Provide market insights for monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Deliver motivational leadership to the internal sales team.

- Demonstrated sales experience within the construction industry.
- Possesses technical expertise and product knowledge of aggregates.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
