The Person: This role would suit someone who has completed their Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS), with the intention of entering the Financial Planning sector to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Homeworking and Flexibility: the successful Trainee Financial Advisor (Enterprise Financial Adviser) must be happy to travel into the Milton Keynes office as required while they are training. Once they are established in their role, we are happy for them to be home based, travelling to client sites as required (the majority of which are in London and the Home Counties), with weekly visits to the office for team meetings, training etc. A home located within an hour’s drive of Milton Keynes would therefore be highly preferable.

Trainee Financial Advisor (Enterprise Financial Adviser), responsibilities include:
- Build and develop relationships with existing Enterprise Clients and their employees.
- Develop the Enterprise side of the business, with a view to bringing new target Enterprise Clients onboard.
- Deliver presentations to Enterprise members.
- Ensure client’s needs are met to an exceptional standard, ensuring all requirements are followed through in a timely manner and to the best outcome.
- Identify opportunities where Enterprise clients would be better served as Individual clients.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
- Working within existing processes, look for ways to improve efficiency and add value.
- Your continued professional development.
- Keep up to date with legislative and industry changes which affect the business and its clients.
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
Trainee Financial Advisor (Enterprise Financial Adviser), skills and experience required:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS or equivalent) and aspiring to complete levels 6 & 7, ideally with some knowledge of Employee Benefits and Salary Exchange.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations and the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and excellent spelling, grammar and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the drive to seek opportunities to develop the business and to best serve the clients, with the ability to 'think outside the box’ for the best outcomes.
