You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the primary goal is to provide excellent customer service to customers and overseas partners. 

This will include training to process the import jobs from booking to delivery, including costing and invoicing and completing all HMRC Customs Clearance requirements for our clients.

Working closely with the Commercial Team on development of all Ocean freight services.

• You will initially load all jobs on to the system by creating files
• Track containers
• Contact clients by phone and email
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with our overseas partners.
• Answer calls
• General Administration duties
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure to maintain the highest possible operational performance and customer service.

• Able to promote company Corporate Culture

• Able to work and meet deadlines

• Possess team player qualities

• Able to plan ahead

Monday – Friday 9-5.30pm office based

Salary DOE – £20,000 - £22,500
