Are you an aspiring CNC Turner or similar looking for a stable, days-based Monday to Friday offering full training within a well-established secure company who offer an early finish on Fridays and a bonus to increase your earnings?

This company are a specialist manufacturer that have been established since 1988. They operate UK wide in a number of vital industries, and have seen continual growth whilst retaining a loyal client base and sterling reputation to the point they have 75 employees. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their team by bringing on a CNC turner.
In this workshop based role you will learning how to set and operate a variety of machinery from gun drilling machines deep hole boring working to precise tolerances in a manufacturing environment supplying into a range of sectors from aerospace, gas, oil and defence. Full training will be given on the specific machines you will be working on and you will be working days based, Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday. This exciting role will see you learning how to use the system Fanuc to programme machine systems and setting up a range of machines that provide deep hole drilling services.

This role would suit an aspiring CNC Turner with a CNC related background/ qualification, looking for a secure, local role for a family feel company who look after their staff, working in a friendly environment with an excellent work-life balance.

The Role:

• Learning how to manually program and set up machines using Fennock.
• Following full training, primarily working on a Gun drilling machine working to precise tolerances in manufacturing environment
• Work within tight-knit team
• Monday to Thursday, 07:00am, 8:00am - 16:45pm, finish at 15:30pm on Friday

The Person:

• Aspiring CNC Turner or similar
• CNC related background / qualification
• Commutable to Andover
