We are delighted to be working on behalf of a local, financially strong, and well-established company to help them find a full time and permanent individual to fulfil the role of Trainee Laboratory Administrator to join their team. Our client is an organisation

Job Description:
In this role you will ensure accurate registration, administrative processing and reporting of results to customers for all internal and external samples sent to the Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurate registration and labelling of all customer samples.
• Generation of relevant worksheets.
• Input of analytical results.
• Raising of all external orders for external third-party analysis.
• Checking of invoices against purchase orders.
• Dealing with customer queries by telephone.
• Regularly check printed quality order sheet for missing results.
• Keep Total Volume tables up to date where appropriate.
• To succeed in this role, you must be a team player with good attention to detail and be customer focused.

Experience required:

• A qualification in a relevant scientific discipline
