RPS are seeking a Trainee Leakage Engineer for our Wessex Water contract to detect, locate and report both visible and hidden leaks from the trunk main and distribution network. What you’ll be doing


You will be working outside, using both traditional and electronic leak detection equipment to locate water main fittings & taking noise samples using electronic leak detection equipment (for which full training will be provided).


Who we’re looking for ?


You will enjoy working outdoors, as most of your work is conducted outside (rain or shine)

A good standard of basic maths and English

Basic IT skills

Willing to work nights, weekends and overtime as required

Have good hearing

Happy working alone and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence
