SalaryWe re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our client's fantastic residential lettings team in Rainham. The Trainee Lettings Negotiatorposition is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings, and be taken through an industry leading development and training program.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate property prices and landlord fees, in addition to agreeing a successful let and seeing it through to the day of move in. Once a tenant has moved in, you would be responsible for the management of that property, this includes conducting property visits, handling any tenant issues like property maintenance and generally support our tenants and landlords with high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator
- Preferably an experienced sales person but not essential as industry leading training is provided.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
