Our client is a prestigious Cheshire Estate Agency, market leaders in the area and a highly respected brand and they are looking to add a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to their team.
Trainee Lettings Negotiator Job Role:
- Answer enquires via phone and email
- Register and qualify applicants
- Assist clients in letting and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients and tenants
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market lettings trends and property values in the local area
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the letting process
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
- Full UK driving licence and own car

Previous Estate Agency experience is preferred but not required. They are willing to train anyone with a strong desire to succeed in the role.
