Our work area covers all of Scotland, from Inverness to Dumfries, however our main service areas are within Central Scotland, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen.

As a Trainee Lift Installation / Modernisation Engineer, you will be expected to;

· Work alongside a qualified Lift Installation/Modernisation Engineer

· Study towards completing your NVQ Level 3

· Help towards completing New Lift Installations/Modernisations

· Get involved with planning of lift installation

· Work efficiently and in a safe manner in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines.

· Stay away overnight as and when required

· Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship

Required Experience

You will train towards completing your NVQ Level 3. You will develop all-round knowledge of lift equipment and to the point that you can work independently and demonstrate that you can apply Lift Engineering principles to Installation.

We are interested in receiving applications from candidates with a demonstrable background in Engineering (NC/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar) or already Qualified Installation / Modernisation Engineers.
