The average property value in Leicester is £280,000, so you'll be helping people achieve a significant financial milestone.

What You'll Do as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor/ Trainee Mortgage Broker:

• If required complete the CeMAP qualification.
• Gain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, products, and regulations.
• Build strong client relationships to uncover their needs and financial aspirations.
• Conduct initial consultations to assess client suitability for different mortgage options.
• Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise effectively with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the process.
• Provide clients with clear communication and updates on their application progress.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
• Actively participate in training programs to develop your knowledge and expertise.

Our Client is Looking For in Leicester:

• A Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker with a CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
• Someone who lives within an easy commute of the Leicester office.
• Previous sales experience, ideally within financial services or customer services.
• A clean credit history and a valid UK driving license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.
• The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• An ambitious and eager learner with a passion for the financial services industry.
