Our clients are seeking an aspiring Mortgage Advisor to join a busy and flourishing team. You will support a Senior Mortgage Advisor whilst you work towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor over an 18 month period.
The Role:
- Contacting a variety of existing and potential clients in order to book in for mortgage appointments
- Conducting fact finds with clients, building rapport and collating all details and requirements in preparation for their mortgage application
- Submitting mortgage cases, along with positioning protection polices
- You will be providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients with the ability to provide regular updates and information
- Liaising with internal Customer Service Advisors, Lenders and Solicitors in order to progress applications through to exchange and completion
- Maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority and our obligations to/from clients under the Data Protection Act
- Attending virtual morning sales meetings
Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Qualification:
- Brilliant at making customers feel valued and appreciated
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines with an excellent eye for detail (spotting potential issues with applications is vital)
- Hard working, persistent, determined and energetic
- Professional and business-like
- Good with computers and IT
Trainee Mortgage Advisor - The Package:
Our clients are seeking hot and hungry talent and are completely flexible with regards to fitting the right candidate into the right role. This generous package speaks for itself!
- £24,000 Basic Salary, rising to £25,000 once CeMAP 1 is achieved
- £35,000+ On Target Earnings
- 33 days paid Holiday
- Holiday Commission
