This well established and top performing Estate Agency is looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their fantastic team in Liverpool Street. With a fantastic salary and a structured training and development plan this would be a fantastic first step into a successful Mortgage career.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive the best possible advice on their Mortgage and Protection needs, finding the best financial solution for your customers
• Build great relationships with clients and colleagues and maximise any lead opportunities
• Working closely with the Estate Agency tea, to maximise opportunities
• Work closely with admin to ensure cases are completed efficiently and in line with FCA regulations

Skills and Experience Required
As a trainee, you won’t have much, if any Mortgage industry experience, and that is fine! You do, however, need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: -

• Experience in a Mortgage sale environment or Estate Agency background
• Have at least Ce Map 1
• Evidence the ability to be customer focused
• Have a drive and a passion to achieve and succeed
• Hard working and willing to throw yourself into learning and self development
• Demonstrate the ability to work towards and exceed targets and goals
• Love a little healthy competition!
• Listen, support and work together with your colleagues to uphold company visions and values

Having a full driving licence is desirable as it will require travel.
