What you will be doing:
· Undertaking training in all production areas to gain a firm understanding of all processes.
· Preparing screens for printing operations in accordance with instructions detailed within job bags in a timely manner.
· Career progression to operating a variety screen print presses.
· Color matching to customer requirements.
· Assisting other manufacturing based on workflow.
· Ensuring adherence and compliance to all health and safety requirements and good practice.
· Carrying out 100% quality checks against artworks / drawings throughout the production stages.

Package:
· With a starting salary of £22,500, increasing to £23,000, subject to meeting training objectives and successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
· Company performance bonus scheme.
· 37.75hr working week (12:22 finish on Friday’s).
· 23 days Holiday per year
