A SNAPSHOT OF THE TRAINEE PROJECT COORDINATORS DAY
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes assist in negotiating terms and process purchase orders.
- Engage in effective communication with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Utilise both phone and email to convey project updates, discuss procurement requirements, and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Process sales variations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to sales orders and materials procurement.
- Collaborate with others to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Provide regular updates on project costings
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process throughout.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
