A SNAPSHOT OF THE TRAINEE PROJECT COORDINATORS DAY

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes assist in negotiating terms and process purchase orders.
• Engage in effective communication with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Utilise both phone and email to convey project updates, discuss procurement requirements, and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Process sales variations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to sales orders and materials procurement.
• Collaborate with others to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Provide regular updates on project costings
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process throughout.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
