Job Description:
As a Trainee Project Manager, you will work closely with our experienced Project Managers to support and learn the intricacies of project management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to transition into project management. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project planning, execution, and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to the Project Manager.
- Help prepare project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A keen interest in project management and willingness to learn.
