Trainee Projects Event Support Technician

We are actively seeking a Trainee Projects Event Support Technician to work within our in-house projects team. As a Trainee Projects Event Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the projects team and outside broadcast units during major events. Located at our Raynes Park base, you will provide additional support to OBs and weekend work will be required.

Responsibilities include helping plan, rig and support the major festivals throughout the year, providing guidance and first line support to national operational teams, and supporting internally run projects.

You should have a good understanding of broadcast solutions, IT systems; effective interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with clients and teams; and be physically fit to manually move equipment to all appropriate locations. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred. A full driving licence is essential.
