Role Overview:

As an Apprentice/Graduate Surveyor, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals while working on a variety of exciting construction projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation for your career in quantity surveying, cost management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
• Supporting the analysis and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Conducting site visits and assisting with project assessments
• Monitoring project expenditures and assisting in cost control efforts
• Preparing financial reports and contributing to project forecasts
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (for graduate applicants)
• Relevant qualifications or a strong interest in pursuing a career in surveying (for apprentice applicants)
• Basic understanding of construction processes and contracts
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
