We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol office to join the Hays Business Support Team to recruit candidates into the office support field in Bristol in a variety of industries and businesses. Hays is one of the largest global recruitment companies and is located in 33 countries across the globe. You will working as part of the established Hays Business Support team and will be responsible for networking with office professionals to place them in roles with companies that you will establish relationships with.
Day to Day of the role:You will be working in one of the highest billing teams within Hays as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. You will be involved in and responsible for:
- Building relationships with clients
- Winning new business
- Managing vacancies from start to finish
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Matching the best candidates to the best job
Required Skills:You will ideally come from a customer service or sales background and you may even have an interest or experience in the finance sector. You will be business minded and have a hunger to succeed.
- A previous sales or customer service role is ideal
- A drive to work towards targets and be rewarded on your achievements
- Degree education is not necessary but a bonus
