We recruit for Primary and Secondary Teachers and Education Specialists from the UK and Overseas for long term, day2day and permanent positions, working with schools in the South of England, London and the home counties.

We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our brilliant team. You will play a role in connecting exceptional teachers and school staff within schools on a day to day and long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales and Business Development calls
· Schools Visits: Conduct visits to build on going relationships and win new business.
· Relationship and rapport building
· Managing client’s recruitment needs
· Sourcing Candidates: Use search engines to proactively engage with potential candidates.
· Work diligently towards achieving and succeeding key metrics.
· Craft Compelling Job Adverts: Use a creative approach to attract candidates.
· Candidate Database Management: Regularly communicate with candidates
· Administrative Tasks: Handle candidate onboarding, CV management and compliance
