They are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants and experienced Recruitment Consultants to come and join their successful and growing team.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be managing the full recruitment processes from building mutually beneficial relationships with clients, candidates to creating job opportunities leading to the interview to offer stage.
Duties:
- Identifying and developing strong relationships
- Negotiating offers
- Sourcing suitable candidates
- Generating a pipeline of business
- Meeting candidates and clients
- Using databases, job boards, referrals to source suitable candidates
- Developing a good understanding of clients
The right candidate will be:
- Hardworking
- Motivated
- Have experience in sales, networking, relationship building or networking!
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
