THE ROLE:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at eNL Legal, you will be exposed to the legal industry at its core. This opportunity is particularly suited to Paralegals of any discipline who might be looking for a change in direction whilst still being able to utilise your legal skills. These exciting opportunities are also ideal for a recent graduate looking to join a supportive and progressive environment and shape their career in recruitment. Experience in recruitment is not essential as on offer are specialised training programmes that are tailored to each individual, ensuring that you get the most out of your career.
The role offers genuine career progression opportunities, not always accessible when working in legal, and valuable one-to-one training with the company’s Directors and most successful consultants. THE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:
Applications are welcomed from hard-working, enthusiastic and driven graduates or Paralegals who are ambitious to succeed at a career in recruitment. We want to hear from confident individuals who have the confidence to use their existing legal knowledge, or skills gained from your time at university or other employment, and who are able to work to strict deadlines whilst managing a busy desk. Strong communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team.

On offer is a generous basic salary, an uncapped commission structure, along with many other benefits and incentives. As a minimum, the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will receive 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, death in service, a contributory pension and a plethora of incentives.
