The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and hard-work. You will challenge yourself daily and push yourself to see how resilient and ambitious you really are. The role:

• Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
• Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews
• Sales calls and meetings
• Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process
