Our White Collar Construction division are keen to speak with energetic, passionate and motivated individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in an environment which offers:

You will recruit for a range of AutoCAD, Civil Engineering, Design and Build roles and work with some of best companies in the industry. Within your role, you will become a specialist in identifying talent for these roles, creating long-term client and candidate relationships.
We will support you in generating new business opportunities, providing your clients with comprehensive recruitment solutions for long-term partnership. We have an outstanding client and candidate database, providing you with an established professional network from day one.
From your first day at Search, you'll receive the tools and resources to support you in becoming an expert in your specialist market.
