Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 and Fridays 08:00 - 16:30

You will be given full training and all the tools necessary to become a successful recruiter. You will work alongside experienced recruiters with a minimum of 15yrs experience under their belt.

As a trainee, some of your duties will include:
Candidate management - registration, qualification checks, phone interview, referencing, feedback
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Negotiating pay rates with candidates in order to maintain / generate sales margin
