Responsibilities:

Operate road patching machines under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of machinery operations is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Whilst training your wages will be £12.66 M-F and £18.99 on Weekends but will rise to £15.11 and £26.68 once qualified. All accommodation cost are covered by the company and you will receive £30/day night out money.
