Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers.
- Learn and understand products to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer queries and objections confidently and persuasively.
- Schedule follow-up calls and maintain customer contact to nurture leads and close sales.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve sales targets.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers (training will be provided).
- Previous experience working in a Builders Merchants desirable but not essential.
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 – 17:00 + alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00
