Trainee Sales Negotiator - Dartford

Our clients a well-respected independent Estate Agency are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for their thriving branch in Dartford. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team.

Overall, the role of a Trainee Sales Negotiator is to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the property industry, with the goal of eventually becoming a successful Sales Negotiator!

Working Days:

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday-Friday, alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu when working a Saturday

Our client is offering the successful Trainee Sales Negotiator:

• Basic salary of £18,000 
• OTE between £26,000-£28,000 (Monthly commission paid after the initial 3 months of employment)
• Full support from the Director

• Early finish on Friday

Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience
• Team player
• Knowledge of the Dartford area ideally
• Willingness to learn
• Ambitious and highly driven
• Clean driving licence and own vehicle
• Administration skills
• Career driven

The role of a Trainee Sales Negotiator will involve:

• Learning about the property market and industry trends: The ideal candidate will be expected to familiarise themselves with the local property market, including property values, trends, and regulations.
• Attending property viewings
• Assisting with property research and analysis
• Building relationships with clients.
• Assisting with property marketing and promotion: This involves creating property listings, drafting marketing materials, and promoting properties through various channels.
• Supporting the property sales or rental process: Assist with drafting contracts, coordinating property viewings, sale progression and facilitating the negotiation process between buyers and sellers.
