Day to day of the role:- Identifying buyers’ requirements and matching them to our extensive property portfolio.
- Booking valuations for in-branch valuers.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to generate business.
- Attending viewings with potential buyers and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors.
- No prior experience in estate agency required.
- Must own a car and have a clean driving license.
- Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
