Trainee Sales Negotiator

Our client an award winning, well known brand, independent Estate Agent are looking for an ambitious, self motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator. The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and works well in that environment. You are ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, working well in a team with a winning mindset. Ideally you will have previous experience in a sales role where you have offered excellent customer service, but need not necessarily have estate agency experience.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

• Basic £18,000
• OTE £25,000 to £28,000

Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments and conducting viewings

The skills required for the Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include:

• High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background
• Well spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• An excellent team player
• Target driven
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
